Midburn Participation Terms and Regulations- Burn to Basics 2024 Ticket Purchase and Transaction Cancellation

For the avoidance of doubt, the site administrators and/or the association wi l not be responsible for any direct or indirect, financial or other damage, caused to the purchaser as a result of purchasing the tickets on the site and/or as a result of event cancelation or postponement, and any reliance on the holding of the events on the planned dates is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

1. The ticket is personal- you cannot enter the event with a ticket under someone else’s name

  • . Payment for the ticket wi l be made by credit card only. It is clarified that the payment itself is conducted through an external clearing system operated by an external company (hereinafter: "the clearing company").
    It is clarified that any purchase made through the clearing company wi l be subject to the terms of use of the clearing company's website.
    The association wi l make efforts to contract with a clearing company that has authorization for database management and security as required by the Privacy Protection Law 5711, 1981, and operates according to stringent security standards.

  • Cancellation of a transaction, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancelation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010, will be possible on the ticket sales site within 14 days from the date of transaction, provided that the cancelation is made no later than 7 business days before the event date.
    It is clarified and agreed that for the purpose of this clause, the event date is defined as the date of commencement of the event's setup on site, namely– June 5th, 2024 (hereinafter: "the Event Start Date"). After the cancelation of the transaction by the purchaser as stated above, the purchaser wi l be entitled to a monetary refund in accordance with the actual price paid, minus cancelation fees amounting to 5% of the transaction price (hereinafter: "Basic Cancelation Fees").
    The purchaser and/or anyone on their behalf wi l have no claim against the association regarding the mentioned deduction.

  • Cancellation of a transaction due to military reserve duty call-up by order 8- wi l be possible subject to approval of the cancelation request by a special committee on the matter. Please send the cancelation request along with a copy of the "order 8" dated for the event date to the email support@midburn.org.
    Subject of the inquiry: Name of the inquirer, ID number, "Request for transaction cancelation due to order 8".
    After the cancelation of the transaction as stated above, the purchaser wi l be entitled to a monetary refund in accordance with the actual price paid, minus only the Basic Cancelation Fees.
    The purchaser and/or anyone on their behalf wi l have no claim against the association regarding the mentioned deduction.

  • Cancellation of a transaction not within the framework of the Consumer Protection Regulations (i.e. after 14 days from the date of the transaction)Midburn Participation Terms and Regulations- Burn to Basics 2024 Ticket Purchase and Transaction Cancellation It is clarified and agreed that in any case of transaction cancelation not within the scope detailed in clause 5.3 above, the purchaser wi l be entitled to a monetary refund minus cancelation fees and participation fees in the event production costs that have been reduced according to the dates and percentages detailed below:

    • n the event the purchaser requests to cancel the transaction by May 16th, 2024 at midnight (IL time), the purchaser wi l be entitled to a monetary refund in accordance with the actual price paid, minus cancellation fees amounting to 10% (10 percent) of the transaction price. The purchaser and/or anyone on their behalf wi l have no claim against the association regarding the mentioned deduction.​

    • In the event the purchaser requests to cancel the transaction from May 17th, 2024 onward, the purchaser wi l be entitled to a monetary refund in accordance with the actual price paid, minus cancellation fees listed under clause 5.6 below, in accordance with the date of the cancelation request made by the user (as detailed in clause 5.6 below).

  • Cancellation Fees in case the event is canceled:

    • If the event is canceled for any reason, up until midnight on June 4th, 2024, the purchaser wi l be entitled to a monetary refund minus cancelation fees and participation fees in the event production costs that have been reduced by a total of 25% (twenty-five percent) of the transaction price, and the purchaser and/or anyone on their behalf wi l have no claim against the association regarding the mentioned deduction.​

    • If the event is canceled for any reason, in the period between June 5th, 2024 and midnight on June 10th, 2024, the purchaser wi l be entitled to a monetary refund minus cancelation fees and participation fees in the event production costs that have been reduced, in a total amount of– 50% (fifty percent) of the transaction price. The purchaser and/or anyone on their behalf wi l have no claim against the association regarding the mentioned deduction.

    • If the event is canceled from June 11th, 2024 onwards, and/or is stopped, for any reason, after it has started, the purchaser is not entitled to any refund. The purchaser and/or anyone on their behalf wi l have no claim against the association regarding this.

    • For the avoidance of doubt, the site administrators and/or the association wi l not be responsible for any direct or indirect, financial or other damage, caused to the purchaser as a result of purchasing the tickets on the site and/or as a result of event cancelation or postponement, and any reliance on the holding of the events on the planned dates is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
